Dorothy is co-founder and Chairman of Dragon in London. She has a wide range of brand expertise ranging from new brand development to brand positioning, brand strategy to communication. Throughout her career, she has worked with major brands including Cadbury, Kraft, Unilever and Sainsbury’s. Dorothy is passionate about brands and has a strong interest in social issues and the environment, and is a pioneering thinker on the interaction of brands and corporate responsibility, in areas like sustainability and ethics. She is the author of a wide range of books and reports, including ‘Green Design - Design for the Environment’ and ‘Corporate Reputation - does the consumer care’. Her appointments have included the Government Advisory Committee on Business and the Environment, and the Prince of Wales’ Business and the Environment Programme. Current activities include the Green Alliance, the Royal Society of Arts and she is a member of the Advisory Team on M&S Sustainability & Stores. She is a regular contributor to magazines and conferences on issues relating to sustainability, corporate reputation and environmental reporting. Dorothy started her career in advertising, followed by new product development.
