• Jane Bickerstaffe has been Director of INCPEN* since 2000 and its Technical Director since 1993.  She trained as a biochemist and has over 20 years experience working on packaging and environmental issues.  She spent two years in the late 1980s as Special Advisor to the UK Government’s first Minister with responsibility for recycling.
